Paris is the capital city of France and is very popular. Paris is known as the “City Of Lights” and as the “Heart Of Europe”. It is located on the Seine River which divides the city. Le Paris Housing Scheme is being planned by a sister company of MasterTiles and Ceramics. Le Paris Gujranwala is located near Attawa Tol Plaza Toward Sialkot Road at the backside of Master Factory Gujranwala. The scheme is spread over 4,800 acres or 19.4 square kilometers. The original Paris, in contrast, is spread over 105 square kilometers. This is actually a housing society that is designed as a replica of the beautiful and aesthetic city of Paris.

The amenities offered at Le Paris housing scheme not only includes the famous Eiffel Tower but also includes Asia’s one of the largest Mosque for the residents to offer their prayers in a vibrant way, theme parks like Disneyland for the children to enjoy the best moments of their childhood to its fullest. Other amenities include World-class educational institutes, A leading Five-star French hotel chain, community centers, art galleries, museums, theaters, and entertainment facilities.

This is the first such type of project in Pakistan with an international standard of living. France’s AREP Group and Renzo Piano Building Workshop will be undertaking the town planning, design, and architecture. “Pakistanis will not have to go to Europe,” said Bilal Sandhu, the marketing manager. “The city will give affordable houses but will be replete with facilities just like the real Paris.”
